How does it work from start to finish?

- Upload your invoice or receipt to your portal.
- We receive your package at the warehouse.
- You get an email when it arrives in Jamaica, with your invoice.
- You pay and send your confirmation.
- We deliver.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and bank transfer. Once your package is processed, we'll email your invoice with payment details.
If you pay by bank transfer, send your receipt or a screenshot by email or WhatsApp so we can verify it and schedule delivery. For security, we don't accept cash on delivery.
Can I see my cost before I pay?
Yes. Use the rate calculator for an estimate anytime. When your package is processed, your invoice shows the exact weight, shipping cost, and any customs duty. You always see the total before paying.
Why do I need to upload my receipt?
Your receipt lets us verify the item's value, clear customs correctly, and bill you accurately. Upload it as soon as you order. Missing receipts are the most common cause of delays.
Where do I collect my package?
You don't have to. We deliver free to your door in Kingston & St. Andrew. For other parishes, we send it via Knutsford Express and give you the tracking details.
How long does shipping take?
Shipments arrive in Jamaica up to five times a week. Most packages reach you within [X–Y] business days of arriving at our warehouse, depending on customs.
Is there anything I can't ship?
Some items are restricted by airlines or Jamaica Customs, or need a permit. Check our prohibited items list before you buy, or message us if you're unsure.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Check your package when it arrives and tell us within 48 hours, with photos, if anything is damaged or missing. If it happened in our care, we refund your shipping and cover the item up to our limit. See the claims policy for details.
