Check before yuh buy. Some items can't fly at all. Others can come in, but only with a permit from a Jamaican agency. If you're not sure, message us before you check out. It's much easier than sorting it out after the package lands.

Items that can ship with care

- Perfume, nail polish and aerosols (deodorant, hairspray) are limited by airlines. We'll check before shipping and may hold or return them. [Confirm your airline's rules.]
- Fragile items like glass and ceramics must be well packed by the seller. See our claims policy.
What happens if you ship something on this list
- We'll contact you as soon as we spot it at the warehouse.
- You can arrange for the item to be returned to the seller, sent to another US address, or disposed of. Return or forwarding costs are your responsibility.
- If we don't hear from you within [30] days, we may dispose of the item.
If a restricted item reaches Jamaica without a permit, Jamaica Customs may hold, seize or destroy it. Customs decisions are outside our control, and any fees or penalties they charge are your responsibility.
